Your license comes first. Before the marketing.
Every care answer you give is checked against how your house is permitted before it can publish. A boarding home permit and hands-on care by your own caregivers cannot legally mix (Texas Health and Safety Code 260.001), so this system will not let that mistake reach the public in your name. If an answer raises a licensing question, it is held and a person talks to you first.
And nothing you claim is ever dressed up as an outside review. Every capability shows as what your home reports, with the date you said it. Your words, under your name, protecting your license.

Hospital discharge referrals

The listing is free and stays free. There is no subscription and no monthly bill. If a resident moves in through this network, the fee is one month’s rent, invoiced after the move-in happens. You can take your house off the list any day, by email, and owe nothing.
That is the whole arrangement, printed where you can read it before anyone asks you to sign anything. To be exact about the paperwork: the listing agreement you sign at the end creates no fee obligation by itself. It only grants permission to list you. The placement fee is set out in a separate written agreement you will read and sign before any placement closes, so nothing is owed for an inquiry, a tour, or a referral that does not become a move-in.
