The Woodlands genuinely offers both, which most Houston-area neighborhoods do not. A Type B home is licensed to serve residents who cannot, including someone who needs staff help to get up, who uses a wheelchair and cannot self-transfer, or who needs overnight attendance. If your parent needs help getting out of bed, you are looking for a Type B home. Ask to see the licence, and check the type on it.
